Blitpop

Blitpops are onchain Blitmap derivatives in a pop art style. The Blitpop contract reads the Blitmap with corresponding ID, arranges the artwork in a 2x2 grid, and allows the minter to choose color filters to apply to each quadrant. By @sammybauch and @0xEssential
