Perpendicular

An abstract generative series that reproduces the effects of painterly brush strokes. The basic element of this system is an object consisting of two lines oscillating perpendicular to the direction of motion. A bit like a bird flapping its wings, each element moves across the canvas, leaving an imprint of its passage.
